Becoming A Member and Ending Membership
UFO Points only allows one account per person. You must be resident in the UK to be eligible to become a member of UFO Points and earn cashback.
We reserve the right to refuse or end membership at any time, at our discretion.

UFO Points Rewards
As a UFO Points member you will earn a set amount of UFO Points from a number of retailers as illustrated on the UFO Points website.
We will make every effort to ensure UFO Points offers are correct.
It is important to note that all transactions you make are not with us, but with the retailer themselves.
Your UFO Points account will only be credited when the retailer confirms your transaction. Sometimes this happens immediately, although often our retailer's process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 30+ days).
Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then the UFO Points will not be added to your account.
UFO Points can only be accounted for when a UFO Points member has logged into our site and accessed the retailer's site via the link in the Offers section of the website.
All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailer. UFO Points will make every effort to ensure that retailer's are correctly reporting sales, however we cannot be held responsible if the retailers systems fail to report back your sale (in the rare case that this occurs, we will make every effort to negotiate the UFO Points from the retailer on your behalf; however the retailer's decision is final).

Reward Schedule
Rewards can be redeemed at any time as long as you have the required amount of UFO Points that are needed, in your account .
Should a retailer delay payment or cease trading then we will make every effort to recover your UFO Points, however, UFO Points can make no guarantees to you getting your UFO Points until funds have been received from the retailer or their agents.

Members Newsletter
All members will receive a weekly newsletter, providing updates on the latest UFO Points offers and website updates. It is a condition of membership that you provide and maintain a valid e-mail address to receive this weekly e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: As per our Privacy Policy your e-mail address will not be sold or shared or rented to a third party.

Unused Accounts
If your UFO Points account is unused (showing no transactions) for a period exceeding 3 months, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

Modification of Agreement
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the UFO Points website.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
