    You can redeem your UFO Points for any of our numerous offers... From CD's and DVD's to Household Goods, Vouchers and a lot more!
  2. How do I get UFO Points?
    All you need to do to get UFO Points is to visit one of our retailers and complete the task set out in the "Take Up Offer" section of the offer.
  3. How long does it take to get my reward(s)?
    Rewards are issued within 30 days of your redemption request, but on some occasions, it may take up to 60 days.
  4. How long does it take before a transaction is "Confirmed"?
    It takes anywhere between 3 and 60 days for a transaction to become approved by the retailer and to show as "Confirmed".
  5. When I click on an offer, it makes a "Pending" transaction. Why?
    Every click is tracked to make sure we reward you correctly. Just because you click on an offer, it does not mean you will get paid for the transaction. You must complete the task the retailer has set for you.
  6. How do I change my account details and/or password?
    All you need to do is update your information in the members area, after you log in.
  7. What is a "Pending" transaction?
    Every time you click on a advertiser regardless if you actually complete the transaction you will get a pending transaction. It will not show as "Confirmed" until the retailer has confirmed to us that you completed the transaction.
  8. What is a "Confirmed" transaction?
    Once a "Pending" transaction has been validated as a genuine transaction by the retailer, it will become a "Confirmed" transaction.
  9. Why have my "Pending" transactions vanished?
    If you did not complete the task set by the retailer, or it was revoked by the retailer as an invalid transaction, it would be removed from your list of transactions.
  10. Do I have to log in to earn UFO Points?
    Yes, you have to be logged in and have cookies enabled to ensure tracking works correctly.
  11. How do I see how many UFO Points I have earned?
    When you log in, simply visit your Statement Of Account to see how many UFO Points you have earned.
